| Get annual support and training for one full year. You service plan includes unlimited response to questions regarding technical issues of the program and occasional consulting regarding how to use the software and discussing reports generated from the use of the software.
Crash protection. Have a computer crash or buy a new computer we will replace the program as part of your service agreement at no charge.
Otherwise there will be a charge for replacement.
