New and enhanced XT2009-10 is now available at no charge to all users who have a valid service agreement expiring in 2010 and are currently using XT2009. If you would like a copy of XT2009-10 and do not have a current a service contract, please purchase one for the next 12 months and if necessary upgrade to XT2009. All customers using older versions of XT2 prior to 2009 must purchase an upgrade first prior to receiving XT2009-10.

Unlimited response to questions regarding technical issues of the program and occasional consulting regarding how to use the software and discussing reports generated from the use of the software.

Crash protection. Have a computer crash or buy a new computer we will replace the program as part of your service agreement at no charge.
Otherwise there will be a charge for replacement.

Hours of support:

1. Telephone support hours are 8:30 to 5:30 PST
2. Online support hours are 8:30 to 5:30 PST however we monitor our e-mails on a regular basis. We will use our best efforts to respond to support requests within four hours of receiving the request.
